About us
Our Reichenbach Consulting was founded in 2020. But it is a joint venture of German TZ Consulting GmbH & Co. KG with more than 25 years of history in IT and Jiří Šebela who spent in development and IT management more than 20 years.
TZ Consulting is company specialized in IT due diligence and SW ownership / intellectual property management. Providing services during M&A process and also due diligence on regular basis (usually for VC and PE funds and individual customers).
Jiří Šebela met TZ Consulting in 2017 during one successful M&A in Germany. And as he states “During all those years in IT I came across only a few companies with really deep knowledge and understanding of IT and the whole business. TZ Consulting is one of those.”
